Each resident entry allows for entry of income and reference information as well as setting resident status and birth dates. All dependent and elder certification adjustments are based on birth dates, so that new certifications will show the proper amounts for both.

Tenant certification rules are establish during program setup on a program by program basis and are flexible enough to meet each housing authority’s policies. Rules include working with adjusted income, adjusted income less utility allowances, minimum rents, maximum rents, and more.

This screen allows the user to generate lists of tenant transactions by lease or by program or overall.

Tenant statements can be run in a series for all statements or by program or by tenant. Tenants with outstanding balances in low rent accounts and in tax credit accounts can see, on one statement, what transactions apply to which and see a total amount showing their net balance.

New charges and/or credit memos can be entered for a tenant within the housing program and be automatically and immediately reflected in the Dynamics GP A/R module.

Enter cash receipts from within housing, print the receipts for the tenant, manage batch edit lists, apply the payment to outstanding transactions. Data is immediately reflected in the Dynamics GP A/R module and is available for Dynamics GP cash receipt and bank management.
