Extending the Reach for Existing Microsoft Dynamics GP Customers (US and Canada Only)

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Microsoft is excited to announce “Extend The Reach for Existing Customers” - a Microsoft Dynamics promotion for growing and medium-sized businesses in the United States and Canada that wish to take advantage of the rich functionality afforded by Microsoft Dynamics DCO or Microsoft Dynamics Business Portal for Microsoft Dynamics GP.    This offer applies to existing customers of Microsoft Dynamics GP as of 4/30/10. 

OFFER DETAILS
Offer Period:  May 1, 2010 through the end of the business day on December 22, 2010.
For all Microsoft Dynamics GP customers in existence on or before April 30, 2010.

MBL Customers (both Standard and Professional):

o Receive up to a 100% discount on license fees for purchases of Microsoft Business Portal User licenses (and the $1,500 Business Portal Module, for Standard customers).

o Customers will be required to purchase a pro-rated enhancement/support plan based on a price of $40 per named user (no waterfall pricing).  As long as the customer maintains an active enhancement plan, this will be the basis for their Protected List Price for calculating enhancement plan fees.  At the end of the offer period, the price for new license purchases of Business Portal on MBL will revert to the SLP of $195 per named user (no waterfall pricing) which will be the basis for calculating enhancement plan fees.   Please see the example below.

§ Through 12/22/10.  100 users of Business Portal with maintenance at 18%.  100*$40*.18 = $720.

§ Starting 12/23/10. 100 users of Business Portal with maintenance at 18%.  100*$195*.18 = $3,510.      

BRL AM and BE Customers

o Receive up to a 100% discount on license fees for purchases of Microsoft Dynamics DCO user licenses.

o Customers will be required to purchase a pro-rated enhancement/support plan based on the SLP for Microsoft Dynamics DCO user licenses at the time of their purchase.  The SLP for the Microsoft Dynamics DCO user licenses through the end of the business day December 22, 2010 starts at $195 for a single user, but may be lower based upon applicable volume discounts.

o NOTE:  As of 5/1/10, Business Portal is no longer available to BRL customers.

There is no limit to the number of Microsoft Business Portal or DCO licenses that can be purchased.

OFFER EXCLUSIONS AND NOTES
Exclusions:

Offer does not apply to:

o Microsoft Business Portal User licenses are only available to BRL AM customers through April 30, 2010.

o Microsoft Business Portal User licenses are not available to BRL BE customers.

o Microsoft Office SharePoint® Server 2007 DCO or Microsoft Sharepoint® Server 2010 DCO.

o SQL Runtime Edition and Database licenses.

o Third Party (ISV) software and functionality.

o Microsoft Dynamics® CRM and related services or components.

o Microsoft Dynamics® AX, Microsoft Dynamics® NAV, Microsoft Dynamics® SL, or Microsoft Dynamics® RMS.
