Connected Business Offer for Microsoft Dynamics GP and Microsoft Dynamics CRM (US Only)

Microsoft is excited to announce the “Connected Business Offer” - a Microsoft Dynamics promotion targeting businesses currently using either Microsoft Dynamics GP or Microsoft Dynamics CRM that wish to take advantage of the recently released Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Adapter for Microsoft Dynamics GP 10.0. 

The promotion is comprised of up to a 20% discount on the initial purchase of user licenses off the relevant Dynamics Price Lists for the complementary product.  i.e. For customers of Microsoft Dynamics GP, initial Microsoft Dynamics CRM purchases, and for customers of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, initial Microsoft Dynamics GP purchases.

Effective Monday, November 16th, 2009, and available until end of business day (11:59pm CST), Friday June 25th, 10 all existing Microsoft Dynamics GP and Microsoft Dynamics CRM customers are invited to take advantage of this offer.

Example for a current Microsoft Dynamics GP customer buying 6 User CALs and 4 Device CALs of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the Professional CRM Server as their initial purchase of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Note – Does not include maintenance costs)**:

OFFER NOTES, INCLUSIONS, EXCLUSIONS
Inclusions:

For current Microsoft Dynamics CRM customers

o Offer applies only to initial purchase of the Business Ready Licensing (BRL) BE and AM editions of Microsoft Dynamics GP.

o Customer must purchase a minimum of 4 users licenses (1 foundation and 3 additional).

For current Microsoft Dynamics GP customers

o Offer applies only to initial purchase of the following Microsoft Dynamics User Licenses:  User CAL, Device CAL.

o Customer must purchase a minimum of 4 CALs of Microsoft CRM.  This can be any combination of User and Device CALs.

All purchases must be made at the time of initial purchase.

Offer may be applied to the first 25 Microsoft Dynamics GP user licenses or Microsoft Dynamics CRM CAL license purchases.

All orders must include the correct promo code of – NA-H1-10-20

Microsoft Dynamics CRM customers can be either Volume License or Dynamics Price List customers.

Customers must be on an active enhancement plan

Exclusions:

Offer does not apply to:

o Enhancement Fees (Service Plan).  Enhancement fees must be calculated based on the published list price of all users and components.  Volume discounts (waterfall pricing) apply when calculating enhancement fees.

o A-la-carte modules/granules

o SQL Runtime Edition and Database licenses.

o Business Lite Users.

o Third Party (ISV) software and functionality.

o Microsoft Dynamics CRM server costs

Other offers and promotions cannot be combined with this offer.

All components of this promotional offer are applicable to the initial license acquisition only. All license acquisitions made after the initial license acquisition will be based on estimated retail prices.
