Conditions:
Offer
good only to Microsoft Dynamics ERP customers who are first-party recipients of
this notification in the US and Canada.
Offer
starts on October 1, 2009 and is valid through each customer’s Microsoft
Dynamics service plan renewal date or June 25, 10, whichever is earlier.
Offer
is also extended to customers with service plan renewal dates between June 26,
10 and July 1, 10 if the service plan is renewed on or before June 25,
10.
Discount
can be applied to qualifying license purchase at the time of renewal through
their partner.
Discounts
are based on consecutive years of Microsoft Dynamics Service plan
enrollment. If a customer allow their service
plan to lapse, discount will be based on most recent reenrollment dates.
Qualifying
license purchase includes Microsoft Dynamics ERP purchase of additional users,
additional modules and license model transition to Business Ready Licensing.
Minimum
$2500 purchase required.
Offer
available only through participating resellers – reseller prices may vary.
Offer
cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.
Offer
valid to each customer at the time of renewal. Eligibility is restricted to customers current on a service plan. Offer value is in U.S.
dollars, before taxes.
Offer
is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
License
purchases and applicable discounts are based on standard list price.
Limit
one discount per customer.
This offer
should ONLY be provided to customers with 90 days or less left until their
annual Enhancement renewal anniversary date. For example, if a customer
has an Enhancement renewal date of November 1, it should only be presented from
August 1 through November 1. The offer is tied to the renewal date and
will expire on the customer's Enhancement renewal anniversary date. In
the example listed here, this customer's expiration date for this offer would
be November 1.
